Range/Replica shows on non-existing nodes

Hello team,

When I run show ranges from table table_name, I see range/replicas on node IDs that are not part of my cluster nodes. What could be an issue?

  start_key | end_key | range_id | range_size_mb | lease_holder | lease_holder_locality |  replicas   |                                                   replica_localities
------------+---------+----------+---------------+--------------+-----------------------+-------------+-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  NULL      | NULL    |      194 |             0 |          111 | NULL                  | {57,77,111} | {"datacenter=us-west-2,zone=az3","datacenter=us-east-1,zone=az1","datacenter=us-east-1,zone=az2"}

When I describe node status for 111, I get the following error. I. get same error for node 57 & 77

Cmd: cockroach node status 111
ERROR: node 111 doesn’t exist
Failed running “node status”
